Soft Mute

The objective is to enable the moderator to apply a Soft Mute to all/single participant

A "soft mute" is a more flexible form of muting where participants may have the option to unmute themselves.

When someone is soft-muted, it means their microphone is currently muted, but they may have the ability to unmute themselves when they want to speak.

Soft muting is often used in situations where participants should have control over their audio input but are encouraged to stay muted when not actively contributing.
